Application Form for Grants up to $1000 from the Rotary Club of Maleny 2016



Rotary is a worldwide organization of like-minded individuals committed to working for the benefit of local and international communities.

The Rotary Club of Maleny is inviting applications for grants from community groups and organisations that run, manage, conduct or implement programs or projects benefiting communities in the Maleny and Montville environs.

Grants up to $1000 per application will be considered.

Applications will not be considered from “for profit” entities, political parties, or individuals.

The closing date for applications, which must be on this prescribed form, is 1700 (5PM) Friday 29th January 2016.
